Chapter 194: This guy is too weak; he can't trust him with his mother (1)

Zhou Qin might not be able to tell but Su Ran, who knew her son pretty well, of course could tell that the father and son were, right now, busy with trying to stare each other down.

And lord only knew what they were competing over.

Nevertheless, as much as Su Han wasnt a big fan of Lu Shao, he still buckled him up properly.

Mom, we are going to head over there now, said Su Han as he turned toward Su Ran.

Okay. You go, Son! said Su Ran, cheering her son on.

She then immediately turned and nodded at Lu Shao.

Please take good care of Su Han, Mr. Lu. Be safe.

Okay. You dont have to worry about a thing. Of course he would look after this child.

Su Han: And why would he need this man to look after him?

***

Okay, it looks like all teams of students and parents are ready. Each team has three people, one to transport the balls and two to shoot. Before the game begins, do pick out the door or container that you want to use to transport your balls. Similarly, you will shoot to determine which tool you will get.

Did you see the 10 pieces of tools in front of you? Ten teams at a time will come up and each team will receive the first tool that their ball lands on

Su Ran could see the tools over in the direction as gestured by the Dean.

It was really a stretch to call those tools.

With the exception of maybe the water bucket and a colander, the rest were all very creative.

The heck was a pot lid? And what the heck was a spoon?

The most interesting one was a wine glass! Were they even sure that a ball can fit inside of one?

When the whistle was blown and before others had recollected themselves, two balls were already flying toward the tool area.

And, naturally, they were from Su Han and his dad.

Nobody knew whether the two of them had agreed upon it ahead of time or that they just think alike. They even went for the same tool.

The two balls flew toward the colander almost at the same time.

Why was it colander? Wouldnt the water bucket be a better tool?

Su Ran couldnt quite figure that out.

And, right when the two balls were about to hit the colander

BAM! The two balls bashed into each other and bounced off.

And, as Su Ran watched on with her mouth dropped open, one of the balls fall onto the ground and the other one flew straight toward the pot lid.

BANG! BANG! BANG! After a series of cacophonous noises, some families were left happier than others.

Oh yay! My son is too amazing! Su Ran heard Zhou Qin cheering next to her and waved excitedly at the game area right where Du WenTao was when she was feeling blue.

She looked back at the game area and noticed that Du WenTaos ball hit the water bucket immediately before Lu Shaos ball landed on the pot lid and his was the first to hit it.

Whew! Du WenTao is awesome! Su Ran, too, started to cheer.

Du WenTao, on the field, wiped away his sweat emotionally.

So lucky.

He was baffled when he saw that both Su Han and his father aimed at the colander.

Luckily, they did not end up with the colander or the pot lid.

As for father and son Lu Shao and Su Han

Lu Shao gave Su Han a cold look and Su Han returned an equally cold one.

As for what was the meaning of them, only the two of them would know.

The game started officially.

Du WenTao was the one transporting the balls and Lu Shao and Su Han were standing up on a stage throwing at baskets that were below them.

As the balls would bounce, it was actually more challenging to toss them from above than from below.

Many could aim at the basket. The problem came when most of the balls that were tossed into the basket would bounce back out.

All of a suddenly, it was very chaotic at the scene.

With one team that stood out among them.

Lu Shao and Su Han, unlike the others, did not rush to toss the balls as soon as they have it in their hands. Instead, they watched what the others were doing.

After spending some time observing, the two of them picked up the balls and started tossing them.

Almost at the same time.

Luckily, the situation where the balls bump into each other that Su Ran was worried about did not happen again. The two balls hit the basket on its left and right side then, spinning around the wall of the basket, finally landed inside of it.

Unlike many of the other teams, their balls did not bounce right back out and Su Ran felt much relieved.

Immediately, she joined Zhou Qin and the others next to her in rejoicing.

Awesome! Keep it up!
