Chapter 207: A Plan Is Set To Take The Necromancer Down
Chapter 207: A Plan Is Set To Take The Necromancer Down
The first thing he did was to run towards a distant rock in the hall. Just as he went there he heard the bone movement coming towards him. "That damned skeleton, what level is he?"
Bloom raised his head to see the skeleton moving in small steps, casually walking towards him. "What kind of attack he just used now?" that was something Bloom didn't notice and couldn't even guess.
'Jeffrey, bring everyone here at once.'
'What happened?' Jeffrey instantly sent, 'Holy sh*t! Nara is dead?'
'Come fast, we need to resurrect her and think of a way to kill that beast here.'
'What beast?'
'Just hurry and come, I'll try to stall for time.'
Bloom then took out all his tokens and instantly summoned a small army of two hundred fallen agents. "Go, disperse all around and try to hit that skeleton," he shouted and the agents only nodded before they moved to different directions in the next instant.
"No way!"
Just as some moved around the skeleton, he finally showed a short stick with a jewel that was similar to the one in the crown. The jewel shone brightly with the jewel in the crown, and the next instant a shock wave emerged from the skeleton to hit everything around him.
"So this is your attack?" Bloom's face changed as he watched many of his agents fall to the ground after hitting the walls around. "This is bad," he muttered as more than half of what he summoned were insta killed in this simple attack.
"But he can't use it all the time," Bloom noticed the skeleton had to pause for a couple of seconds before he put the stick away. He followed the stick to be amazed to see it was part of the skeleton's bones.
As for the rest of his agents, they managed to survive the attack and went towards the hall to fill each single space there.
And the next moment many skills fell over the skeleton from all directions.
"Let's see how much damage you will take," Bloom muttered before noticing the tattered cape on the back of the skeleton to shine all of sudden before most of the attacks had their direction diverted to fall over the cape itself.
A big row of zeros appears the next instant making him very surprised and puzzled about this. "How can this monster be this OP? amazing!"
He watched a small part of the skills fall over the skeleton causing damage between five and ten thousand points at max. "It's Hp isn't that bad," he muttered when he noticed the not so long Hp bar, "but to make him lose it would take much time."
He turned his gaze towards the corridor before he heard two noises that made him speechless.
The first was the sound of more bones added to the skeleton coming out of nowhere. However when he closely observed, he found the skeletons came from the dead bodies of his agents.
"He is getting stronger and replenishing its Hp! No f*cking way!" he was shocked to see the skeleton got his just lost Hp replenished and it also got slightly longer.
And the second voice came when the skeleton took out his stick again and mumbled something unheard by him before the jewels shone again and this time it wasn't a shock wave.
"He can summon other skeletons from dead bodies" Bloom muttered as he watched the fallen bodies of his agents get a sudden seizure attack before each produced one skeleton from it.
"Damn!" Bloom clenched tighter on the handles of his swords before thinking of something.
"Let's see if this can work," he took out his bow and released a couple of arrows towards two skeletons.
The next instant the skeletons turned into his pets, like usual, but the skeleton instantly laughed in a strange way while his two bony jaws clicked against each other before he pointed his stick towards the pets.
And the next instant they were turned into ash.
"Can't let me have a room here?" Bloom had to bitterly accept the fact his bow and cheat code wouldn't work here. "But this might be a good way to get rid of his aiders and make him slightly weaker."
He noticed that after using such a move the skeleton grew tired and paused for one second. "Let's see how you can deal with these," he then started to turn every single skeleton around into his pet.
And the next moment these pets were crushed into nothing by the stick of the skeleton.
"Yeah, he is getting weaker with more skills used by this stick," Bloom muttered before adding, "and he couldn't use that horrible attack from before like this. Good, at least this can be a strategy."
But he knew this would be a very expensive one especially when he would depend entirely on consuming his dark points all the time.
'We are here,' suddenly Jeffrey sent this message while Bloom saw the first row of players coming from the corridor. 'Disperse, make all players disperse and leave the light daughters at the back,' he hurriedly sent to him before he opened his auction and started placing bids over the more expensive fallen agent tokens there.
"This won't do," after placing more than ten bids he noticed the high consumption of these, "I should resurrect those dying instead."
He shifted his gaze towards the players while one moved to Nara and resurrected her.
"Damn," she cursed the moment she got up, "this one is really berserk!"
"How can we hit it?" Jeffrey hurried to Bloom with her while Bloom glanced all around. "I only can make him occupied by my cloaked summons," he said before adding, "but I don't know how to kill such a necromancer."
"Necromancer?" Jeffrey was shocked but Nara wasn't. She was here in soul form and saw everything that happened. "We need to keep him consuming his energy by your agents, and try to hit him with everything we have."
"What about his skeleton summons? His supreme skill?" Jeffrey asked before adding, "if he only has one skill."
"I hope he has no more than that," Bloom sighed, "I think the first skill he used, that shockwave, is considered one of the supreme skills."
"I agree," Nara said before glancing over the others, "we need to try the purification skills over him but losing our players and turning them into skeletons might not be a good thing."
"Will they lose their chance to be resurrected?" Jeffrey asked.
"I dunno," Bloom shook his head.
"Necromancers in other games are really hard to kill. But I never saw a necromancer doing this to the bodies of the players before."
"This game is different," Bloom sighed, "I won't be surprised if he can do this."
"Me too," Nara nodded while Jeffrey checked the ongoing fight before noticing something.
"His Hp it's not decreasing."
Bloom and Nara glanced at the skeleton to find him using that Hp replenishing skill again.
"That's quite a headache," Bloom sighed, "every time he uses this skill he would replenish his lost Hp and also expand his current Hp."
"Then?" Jeffrey asked.
"Can we use purification skills over the dead bodies then?" Nara suggested, "I think this might help."
"Let's give it a try," Bloom shrugged, "if we didn't keep him occupied by our dead bodies, he might return to use his OP skill from before."
"And he will have more dead bodies to use," Nara bitterly smiled, "let's try this then."
"What about direct skills?" Jeffrey asked, "can they hurt him?"
"Most will be absorbed by his strange cape," Nara sighed, "but at least part will still hit him and keep him under pressure."
"Then leave the front to me," Jeffrey then moved.
"And I'll handle that purification part," Nara also moved.
"I'll keep him busy with my summons then," Bloom simply stayed back as he watched the two moving in two different directions. "I hope we can kill it in the end. It's a shame to lose while being this close."
Bloom started to resurrect his fallen agents and kept sending them to frey. He kept his eyes over Nara's team, as this would determine the end result of this encounter.
In front of him she led the team of the light daughters to use their skills over the dead bodies of his agents.
"It works," he heaved a long sigh of relief, "this way we can finally fight back."
He laughed before he got a notification of the end of the bid he placed before. "New form of agents I wonder how special they are," he muttered while taking out one token and then used it to summon the agents.
"One hundred agents per token?" This was the first thing he noticed when used the token. One hundred agents appeared in front of him, but this wasn't the only change here.
"They have other factions that weapon wielders? Interesting."
He noticed the presence of staff holders and shade sons as well as some of the shield bearers as well. "It looked as if a small team was ready to wage a war," he smiled before turning his gaze towards the skeleton in the distance who was pretty much occupied by defending and trying to summon skeletons out of the dead bodies around.
"Go and kill that one," he pointed to the skeleton while watching in interest how well they would fare against him.
